What ID and age are required?
Hirers must be 18 or older and provide a valid Australian driver licence or an international passport. If the receiver differs from the booker, we require a copy of the receiver’s valid ID at handover.
When do we take your payment?
We take payment on pickup via Stripe through our booking system. We do not offer trade accounts. We do not charge different weekend or public holiday rates.
What about fuel and cleaning on return?
Return fuel-powered items full or a $2.50 per litre refuelling charge applies. Return equipment reasonably clean or a $50 cleaning fee applies for excessive dirt. Missing keys incur a $25 fee.
