We take your project seriously. We keep our equipment serviced, tested, and ready. We document condition at handover with a checklist, fuel level, and photos, and we email the manual before you start.
We set clear terms. Our rates are the same every day, public holidays included. Minimum hire is 24 hours. No after-hours pickup or return. A $200 bond per item applies and is released after inspection.
We respect your time. Book online, check live availability, and pay securely. We confirm by email and follow up to plan delivery or pickup. Payment is taken on pickup.
We stand behind what we provide. If a machine fails through no fault of yours, we refund the hire fee. Early returns aren’t penalised for unused days. Late returns include a two-hour grace period.
